1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:

- Customer refers to the individual or entity entering into an agreement with the Provider for storage services.
- Agreement refers to the contract between the Customer and the Provider.
2. Use of Storage Facilities
The Provider offers storage units of various sizes to accommodate the diverse needs of customers in Kingston Upon Thames. Customers must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Access: Customers are granted access to their storage units during the designated operating hours. Unauthorized access outside these hours is prohibited.
- Security: While the Provider implements security measures, including surveillance and restricted access, customers are responsible for securing their items appropriately within the storage unit.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored:

- Items requiring temperature control unless specifically agreed upon.
3. Payment Terms
Customers agree to the following payment terms:

- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, direct bank transfers, and other methods specified by the Provider.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges, and continuous non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
4. Duration and Termination
The Agreement commences on the date of signing and continues on a monthly basis unless terminated by either party:
- Termination Notice: A 30-day written notice is required for termination by either party.
- Early Termination: May incur penalties as specified in the Agreement.
- Provider's Right to Terminate: The Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Renewal
Upon expiration, the Agreement may automatically renew for subsequent periods unless either party provides notice of termination.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all items stored comply with the Provider's policies.
- Maintaining the security of their storage unit by using locks and other security devices.
- Notifying the Provider of any changes in contact information.
Insurance
The Provider does not offer insurance for stored items. Customers are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage to protect their belongings.
6. Provider's Rights and Limitations
The Provider reserves the right to:
- Enter the storage unit for inspection, maintenance, or in case of emergencies.
- Modify the Terms and Conditions with prior notice to customers.
- Implement additional security measures as deemed necessary.
The Provider is not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of items stored, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Provider.
- Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the storage facilities.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from the Agreement or these Terms and Conditions:
- Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations.
- If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Governing Law
The Agreement and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the storage facility is located.
8. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the storage services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Provider regarding the use of storage services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
11. Notices
All notices under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address specified in the Agreement.
